Once the goals were put in place, Ramesh helped me reach these goals step by step.

As a technologist, graduating from being a successful individual contributor as a solutions architect to leading a team to deliver technology solutions is a traumatic experience, to say the least. The traits like 'being good at technology', 'systematic at breaking down problems' and 'pragmatic at execution' makes one a successful individual contributor, but are not enough when trying to lead a group of individuals with disparate skill sets and capabilities. Coaching sessions with Ramesh has been invaluable for me in making this harrowing transition. Ramesh takes a very systematic approach to coaching and makes the individual discover and define one's goals through self assessment and 360 feedback. Once the goals were put in place, Ramesh helped me reach these goals step by step. One of the greatest takeaways for me from these sessions have been to learn to develop empathy for individuals you are interacting with and this gives you a whole different perspective on dealing with management issues.
